Corona Notes

Hygiene and safety measures

Work safely at SleevesUp!

The Corona pandemic continues to keep the world in suspense, yet economic life must go on. We at SleevesUp! would like to support you and try to keep our spaces open for you. In doing so, we follow the current hygiene instructions as well as the official requirements. In view of the development and in order to prevent infections, we have developed a catalog of measures in our SleevesUp! locations. This distinguishes six levels with corresponding precautions, rules and restrictions.

The currently valid level at the location is clearly visible at the entrance door of the space!

Since 02.04.2022 the measure level 2 is valid at all SleevesUp! locations.

Please continue to observe the familiar AHA rules: Keep your distance, observe hygiene (regular hand washing) and wear a mouth-nose covering when moving around in the space.

Measures in office, coworking and meeting areas

SleevesUp! has analyzed all processes and established measures to protect customers, employees and partners for the office, coworking and meeting areas at all locations.

Increased hygiene measures

Increase cleaning intervals of office, meeting and common areas. Providing hand disinfection at entrances and sanitary facilities.

Meeting room plants
Meeting room with television

Suitable room settings & minimum distance

In the offices, we offer distance-compliant furniture and equipment (min. 1.5 m) for safe working. Flexible room settings and functional table groups can guarantee an area of 3 sqm per person in the meeting rooms.

SleevesUp! measure level

A separate security measures catalog with rules of use was specifically designed according to a level system and rolled out at all sites. Depending on the tightening of the situation, structural conditions of the sites and regional regulations, levels of measures from 1-6 can thus come into force immediately (e.g. obligation to wear a mask in common areas or all areas, access restriction of common areas, blocking of certain Spaces, etc.).

These unusual times will continue and require everyone to have the discipline not to become careless and to continue to implement protective measures. Therefore, please continue to wash your hands regularly, leave the common areas clean, and keep your distance from each other or wear mouth-to-nose coverings if the distance cannot be maintained.

These rules are to be observed by all our customers and visitors as part of the rules of use at the location. We would like to point out that in case of repeated (demonstrable) disregard of the rules of conduct, we will terminate the respective coworking contract without notice.

Access as a customer

If you are a SleevesUp! customer and have a contract with us, you can visit and use your workplace at the usual times up to and including level 5.

If you are a SleevesUp! customer, you may also receive guests in the Space. However, depending on the level, you may have to take special precautions.

Level 3: Registration of the contact data of all guests via a physical form.

Level 4: Prior registration of the persons (name, cell phone number, address) with the responsible Space Manager. This is best done by e-mail.

From level 5: Access for guests and visitors is no longer permitted. Only employees of companies that have a contract with SleevesUp! at the respective location are allowed.

3G regulation and verification

The 3G regulation ensures that all persons on site comply with precautionary measures that make it more difficult for the Corona virus to spread. In this regard, the following measures are possible:

  • Vaccinated
  • Recovered (with booster vaccination after 6 months)
  • Tested (antigen test maximum 24 h old, PCR text maximum 48 h old)

Persons who have not taken or do not fulfill any of the three measures are not allowed to enter SleevesUp! sites with 3G regulation or must leave immediately.

The 3G rule applies to all persons who wish to enter the SleevesUp! location. Whether you do so as a SleevesUp! customer, visitor, meeting room user, guest or customer of a customer, it does not matter.

If no proof can be provided that you are taking precautions to make it more difficult for the Corona virus to spread, you will not be allowed to enter the SleevesUp! location.

Please pick up any package delivery or food delivery orders at the entrance so the messenger does not have to search for you in the SleevesUp! location.

If you are vaccinated or have recovered, please have your corresponding certificate (QR code) and your ID ready.

The QR code can be available either digitally on your cell phone or as a printed paper copy. Our staff will scan the QR code and match it with information on your ID.

Due to the additional time required for the check, we ask you not to present any vaccination booklets, but only the corresponding certificates as a QR code.

If you perform a test for the Corona virus, you will receive a corresponding certificate from the test center, which confirms the test and contains the result. The result document must contain your name and date of birth! Please have the certificate and your ID ready for inspection.

The following tests are currently accepted (as of 24.11.2021):

  • Antigen rapid test (maximum 24 h old)
PCR test (maximum 48 h old)

The validity period of the test must cover your entire stay at SleevesUp!

We accept negative rapid antigen tests for 24 h. Negative PCR tests are accepted for 48 hours.

The validity period of the test must cover your entire stay at SleevesUp! So if you do a quick test on Tuesday at 16:00, you are allowed to enter SleevesUp! spaces from Tuesday 16:00 until Wednesday 15:59.

A negative PCR test from Monday 12:00pm is not sufficient if you want to be in SleevesUp! Space all day on Wednesday.

Therefore, we recommend that you always test in the morning or in the evening after work to have a valid test at all times.

For SleevesUp! customers who have a contract with us and visit our site regularly, we will also accept antigen self-testing done at home as 3G detection if performed daily and logged in writing, provided a test is performed at the testing center at least every 7 days. Please use the list provided for logging purposes.

For users of meeting rooms, visitors, guests or persons for a tour, self-tests are not accepted as 3G detection. In this case, please seek out a test center to have a test performed.

In exceptional cases and only after prior arrangement (at least 48h before), self-tests can be performed on site under supervision in order to enter the Space afterwards.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or credit any time lost from booked resources such as meeting rooms while waiting for the test result.

If you are a SleevesUp! customer who has signed a contract with SleevesUp! and visit our location regularly, we also accept antigen self-tests done at home as 3G proof if performed daily and logged in writing.

You can thus perform a self-test at home, log the result and then enter the SleevesUp! space. However, every 7 days a test (antigen or PCR) has to be performed at the test center and the corresponding certificate has to be saved.

Please use the following list to log the results: https://go.sleevesup.de/corona-test-liste. Always carry this list and the certificate from the last test at the test center with you, as this is your confirmation for 3G regulation.

Example:

You go to the SleevesUp! space every day and want to prove through testing that you are taking precautions to make it harder for the Corona virus to spread.

You take a test at the testing center on Monday and log the result in the list. You can now do a self-test at home on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and log the result in the list. You have to carry the list and the test certificate from Monday with you the whole week.

The next Monday you will need another test from a testing center. A self-test on Monday is no longer sufficient because the last test at the test center was too long ago.
